What are the return conditions?
Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return period during which the customer can return their package without providing a reason. This 30-day period begins from the receipt of the package. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 30 days.
Return Conditions:
All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with the tags still attached. For items purchased on sale or with a discount, LOUBOUTIQ does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another product from the collection or redeemed for store credit.
How can I exchange or return my order?
Exchanging or returning an order is very simple. Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an email to info@louboutiq.com indicating that you would like to exchange or return one or more products. We will then promptly send you the instructions for the return.
How long does a refund take?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. You can track the status of your return using the Track & Trace code, which will show when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From that point, the 10 working days will begin. After the refund is processed, you will be notified. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
