How can I exchange or return my order?
Exchanging or returning an order is very easy. Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an email to info@louboutiq.com stating that you wish to exchange or return one or more products. We will send you instructions for the return immediately.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After we receive your return at our warehouse, we process it within 10 business days. On your Track & Trace received with your return, you can see when the package arrived at our warehouse. From that moment the 10 working days start. After the refund, you will receive a message about this. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible in your bank account.
